If u are rich why would you live in australia?

Why would live in australia if u a rich, me my friend were discussing this and saying that if we ever win the lotto we would move to a more tax friendly country. with the alcho pops tax and now the carbon trading tax up and my rego on my car and bike going up i see no more reason to live in this country if i had money.
