High blood pressure problems and now hand seems to be a sleep and wont wake up and felling a little off?

my husband (32 yr) has high blood pressure , he forgot to take his med yesterday and this Morning part of his left hand and 2 fingers feel like they are a sleep and wont wake up. he says he feels a little off , but he doesn't want to go to the dr. i think he should but what do you think ..how much should i worry.
