Am i really that annoying?

I will admit that i do mess with people at school, and then theyll get irritated at me because im annoying. Then theyll turn back around and talk to me again so it must not bother them that much. But then when i look around the room i see people doing things that i think are even more annoying that what im doing (it's almost obviously more annoying, its so bad it bothers me across the room.) And i KNOW that im not that bad. But nobody says anything to them, not even the girls they wont leave alone. So, my question is, are people just more open with me, or what? Because i dont think im ever the most annoying person in the room. Are the people the others are messing with just more polite that to tell them they're annoying? What is it?
