Who owns this song? What should I do about this?

I made a movie to this song a while back and posted it on youtube. And finally, after two years, someone has made a claim on the song and now there will be various ads in it because I don't own it. Now, I don't mind that much. I mean, I didn't make the song. It's annoying that they may post ads over my art, but still. It wasn't my song. However, the group that made the claim, UMG, doesn't seem to own it either. I looked all other their site and searched and everything. They don't have Aerosmith OR Dude Looks like a Lady on their page. I then looked at my Aerosmith CD. It doesn't have Dude Looks Like a Lady, but I thought I'd still have a look and see if UMG had a hand in creating the music. But all I see is COLOMBIA and Sony (who apparently holds the actual copyright to every song on the CD). So yeah... Am I wrong? Does this song really belong to UMG? If not, should I dispute their claim or just see what happens?
