He's just being a jerk! First he takes you to the movies and then he asks you to go out together and then acts life as if nothing happened! Wtf?! I'm guessing maybe you acted so shy that he hesitated to go further, could that be the reason? Or he just changed his mind or wants to see that you crave for him. If your that shy, why don't you ask about this whole situation in ur text msg and then see what happens? Be like, i wanna be honest with you first you acted like u were interested but now you seem like you don't even care. What did you expect when you said you wanted to hang out?
