What are your favorite Disney villains?

Mine are Scar, Professor Ratigan, Claude Frollo and Ursula. Scar killed Mufasa, tried to kill off Simba, took over Pride Rock and turned the PrideLands into a wasteland. Professor Ratigan kills anyone who calls him a rat, and he enjoys all his devious deeds, laughing all the way. Frollo is just villany at it's finest. As for Ursula, she stole Ariel's voice, she nearly got Eric to marry her, and she nearly defeated Ariel.
