Walmart job questions please help. 10 points?

I applied at Walmart online a couple weeks ago and ped the online test. After a week later with no response I called Walmart and asked to speak with the hiring manager and the guy said they don't have one. So i asked to speak to who ever is in charge of hiring and he said "Really no one is" I applied for the loading and shipping and stoking. What should I do? Will I ever get hired? Who can I speak with about my application and see if i can get a interview? Please help!
