Im so worried im pregnant 18 weeks.?

i know wat ur thinking 18 weeks u should know well i am going to the doctors on tuesday, and my belly is kinda getting bigger and more rounded and my are sore and i always got to pee and im getting stretch marks ewww, i know this aint alot of information but would u say im prego?? xxxxx thanks
