I have purchased some ugg boots but having trouble getting a tracking number from the company?

I have purchased some Childrens ugg boots from a company online. They were quick to take the payment but I am having trouble getting a tracking number from them for the delivery and also I have tried emailing and asking when they will be sent, but don't seem to get far. Is there any one I can contact to get this looked into further.
