Can mushrooms (magic ones) damage your digestive Trackk?

Ive ate mushrooms about 9 times and every time ive done it i consumed at least an eighth. so technically ive ate an ounce or more. Now my stomach bleeds every so often when i have a bowl movement. I was wondering if that may be linked to me ingesting poisonous mushrooms.
